Recorded live with Healing Journey's June 2022
The A, B, Cs of Metabolic Oncology Nutrition
In this presentation with Jess Higgins Kelley, MNT, ONC, best-selling co-author of the Metabolic Approach to Cancer book and director of the Oncology Nutrition Institute, students learn basic and key concepts of nutrition therapy for the prevention and management of the cancer process. Trying to figure out the best diet for an individual cancer can be confusing, and this class helps provide evidence, outlines helpful assessments, does a little myth busting, and educates on the top three approachable tips to eating a cancer obstructing diet.
The presentation was recorded live in June of 2022 with Healing Journey's. Healing Journey's is a non-profit organization whose vision is that everyone touched by cancer or any life-altering condition be empowered to move from surviving to thriving. Their mission is to support healing, activate hope, and promote thriving. Please check out and support this incredible group! The video lecture is followed by a Q&A from the live audience, and the slide deck is provided.
